Well, it’s needless to say how happy I am and how honored I feel to be nominated for the Liebster Blog Award by Violet Annie, blogger on The Paper Wallflower (a cute and inspirational blog). Thank you Violet Annie! 🙂
This award is given to baby blogs (as I call them) which have less than 200 followers (totally my case!). Those who accept such a nomination are asked to answer 11 questions and nominate 11 blogs, which they really like and fulfill the above criterion (although I’m not quite sure that ALL of my nominated blogs have less than 2oo followers). So…here we go!
Q1. What is your favorite book of all time?
That is a tough question. This “all-time” thing makes it even more difficult! I guess that would be a greek one under the title “When the sun…” that I read when I was 9 or so.
Q2. Which is your favorite post from your own blog till date and why?
My very first one with pasta flora! It was my most favorite of all the desserts my grandma used to make. I love it!
Q3. You’re meeting your girlfriend/boyfriend’s parents for the first time. What do you say or do to break the ice?
I just try to be myself. Then the ice will break in a couple of minutes! 🙂
Q4. You are 100% free from work and other shackles for today. How would you like to spend your day? (in couple of sentences at most)
Spending time with my loved ones, making window-shopping (real shopping is also ok with me!), crafting and having a one-hour massage!! Oh yes!
Q5. Have you ever read a book that challenged your intellect? Which one and how was it challenging?
No. Not really. Maybe in the future…
Q6. Mention one of your obsessive compulsive habits that you’ve ever had. (like climbing stairs two steps at a time.. come on, everybody HAS something)
I don’t know if one can put this habit under this category but I always wear my pants by putting the right leg first! 😛
Q7. One thing that you have always been really good at.
Q8. One thing that you have always been really bad at.
Pretending I like someone I don’t…Definitely bad at it!
Q9. What did you want to become when you were little and what have you become? Is it the same?
Like many girls do, I used to dream of becoming a teacher one day. I’m now an economist but maybe my blog makes me feel like a “teacher” sometimes when I explain to my readers how to prepare delicious dishes and make beautiful craft projects! 🙂
Q10. One thing that you would love to procrastinate forever, if it was so possible.
Q11. Favourite age at which you could go back and live it again.
The best is yet to come… 😉
The following blogs are my nominations for the Liebster Blog Award:
I hope that all of you will get to love my little blog even more as time goes by. I know I do… 🙂
